Starting with Apache 1.3.9 on MPE, the httpd.conf User and Group directives
become important.
The patch created a new /APACHE/PUB/conf/httpd.conf.sample file; look in there
for the correct values of User and Group, and then modify the real httpd.conf
to use the same values.
It appears that we didn't mention this specific issue in either the patch text
or the REAFDX6B file. However, the REAFDX6B file does say to (re)create
httpd.conf from httpd.conf.sample, and by doing that you will pick up the
correct new User and Group directives.
Whenever new versions of I&I software are installed, it's always a good idea to
compare the new sample configuration file with your active configuration file
to see what's different.
