I agree Frank was an excellent instructor. I had the pleasure of taking both
the MPE Fundamentals and the MPE System Managers classes taught by him this
spring in Rockville. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the class
enjoyable (even after being hit by a tractor trailer on my way in from the
airport).
