HP recently announced that they won't be selling these printers any more.
The printer is actually manufactured by Dataproducts, who will be taking
over sales of the HP version of the printer.  Perhaps Dataproducts would be
a better source for service as well.

Has anybody else had issues getting these printers repaired? At least in
this market HP is not stocking a reasonable supply of parts and it took over
2 days to get the needed parts. This generally has been the case as of late,
and we havn't had anything esoteric break.  I find this troubling since we
rely on the printers and HP just tripled the support prices.
