Everything transferred over a TLS (f.k.a. SSL3, PCT)-protected connection is encrypted. Well, I guess I should say "usually encrypted"; the TLS Record Protocol allows for unencrypted data, though that seems to kind of defeat the purpose of using a secure channel.
