Hello Folks @ 3000-l,
Re: Assistance Please
---------------------------------------------- Denise Mitchell writes --
This message appeared on the Gold console:
** Netxport IP UPDATE INTERNAL ERROR; NO ENTRY AVAILABLE
-LOC: 4; CLASS2; PARM=$FFC0006C; PIN 11
The box is running normal. Only problem reported: 2 OP personal having
problem printing many print screens from Gold (server) to one printer.
They reported that the print screens are coming off just taking forever.
They found a work around to the print screens.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The decode for PARM=$FFC0006C is:
$11c ($11) nmdebug > =errmsg(s16(ffc0),6c)
'There are no entries in the entire table.'
I expect a network printer "port" or network printer "message pool"
filled up... Typicall a "PortID:" with a port number something like
"$FFFFFDCF" is included in this Network error message... and it is then
possible to go into :debug and display the port_info to gather further
information.
I hope this helps.
