An alternative is to send a very small trigger file after the successful
transmission of the "real" file. The foreign system watches for the
existence of this trigger file and then processes the "real" file and
deletes the trigger file. Solves the "visible" while being tranferred
problem and doesn't require the execution of remote commands.
