May I most humbly suggest that we use our great wealth (say 10 or 20 billion) to get what we want? 20 billion would go a long way to rebuild the
economy of Afghanistan (or whatever country shielded the terrorists). How we use it would be up to the President to decide. While we have a long
history of picking and proping up dictators we also have backed some winners like Japan, Germany, France. Hopefully we have some practice by
now. Again, I submit this most humbly (and don my asbestos suit).
