Bill,

You might check-out the new "remote support" offered by Ideal Computer
Services if you don't find anybody locally (or perhaps even if you do). The
service is geared very heavily towards continued life for the 9x7 series of
e3000 computers. Their web site is www.icsgroup.com and their number is
800.862.8787.

Thanx,
        Jon

Subject: 3rd Party Maintenance Support

Is anyone aware of a 3rd Party hardware maintenance vendor that could
provide hardware support for a HP3000 947 located on the island of Puerto
Rico? I need to provide coverage after the 9x7's go off support next April.

Regards,

Bill Titus
