One thing that seemed to work for me is to not zip the Thinsulate up all the
way; that way, at worst, you just do a roll and you release the air. Cynthia
mentioned she didn't have any problems air dumping, but she never zipped it
up all the way either, so I tried it and it seems to work.
Haven't tried it with the new drysuit yet though; the replacement Otters
with front zips just came in late in the week, so hope to get it wet
sometime this weekend.
