Does anyone know if anyone is (still) working on an updated port of
Python 2.x to MPE/iX?

I'm very interested in continuing to use Python on MPE (Python 1.5.1
works nicely, but it's getting dated) -- it's been an excellent resource
for me, and I know a few other folks on the list use it too.
