I've been trying to report a problem with our Pavilion PC. I go through
all the screens and enter all the information (serial #..etc). When I
get to the final screen and click on "SEND", I get the following
message.
The link that you followed is incorrect or out of date or your
session has ended. Please choose from the options below to
continue.
I would like support for a product I own
I have a question about a product I wish to purchase
I have feedback about this website
So after doing the problem request twice I clicked on the feedback link,
entered all the tons of information they wanted and guess what...I got
the same link back.
Due to a bad experience with HP support some years ago I really don't
want to call them on the phone. Does anyone have any information on how
I can get this information to HP.
