The availability of the conference facility has something to do with
the dates of the conference.  In this year's case, the facility being
used was simply not available earlier in the week/weekend so the
program had to be shifted 1 day.  It may be that some folks have only
come to realize the shift even though it hasn't changed since the dates
were initially published.

It is Interex that conducts the conference, not
Hewlett-Packard.  Furthermore, the lunch is provided out of the
registration fees paid
by attendees, and not something HP provides.  And yes, the continental
breakfast will be provided as last year as outlined in the list of what is
included with each package.
