Lars,
You were right. There was a shared memory being utilized by the old
MGR.SAMBA. I was able to remove it and now SAMBA.ORG is listed as shown
below:

Now I get these results in my log.smb. I am still not able to use my shares
and the SMBD still fails. Any thoughts?
