You left out the clear exhaust T window that allows the exhaust diaphram to
be easily viewed.

You also left out how to resolve the buzzing problem.  The fact that your
regulator does not buzz indicates the problem can be fixed and buzzing
reported by two out of three users suggests that it's common enough that
techs probably deal with it routinely.
