A colleague pointed out that there is a difference in the number of sectors
MPE reports for an account depending on how you go about getting the
number.  Below is an example of what we found.

Report sectors at account level         1622736

Report sectors adding groups            1621648

MPEX listf sectors                      1622416

Can anyone out there explain the reason for the difference in the number of
sectors?  Is this a MPE bug?
