The Power Patch tape should contain a variety of recent General Release
patches that address problems that have been identified since the 6.5
release.  It is probably a good idea to install it to avoid those problems.
Alternatively, you can use Patch/iX to view descriptions of the patches to
see whether any of the reported problems are of concern to you.  Since you
didn't identify the beta patch you received, I can't comment on why you
would want it. I would simply recommend reading the accompanying
documentation and/or talking to the HPRC to evaluate its usefulness to you.
