John,

Boy do I. I have been using Ideal Computer Services out of Baltimore for
almost 5 years now at many different locations. I have never been
disappointed with the quality or level of service. Being a long time 3000
user I fondly remember the old HP support days. That is the time of support
I get from Ideal. You can find them on the web at www.icsgroup.com or by
calling 410.574.4911. You want to talk with "Bob J." (and tell him Jon said
"Hi").

Thanx,

Subject: Third-Party Hardware Support for 987SX

We have a 987SX which will no longer be supported by HP after next April.
We
would like to continue running the machine for some time afterward. Does
anyone
know of third-party support vendors who will support the Nova architecture
after
next April? We are located in Washington DC.

Thanks in advance,

John Nesbitt
