In an earlier chapter of either the cause or
a coincidence, there was a gateway the HP
couldn't ping.

It turns out the address of this gateway
was being advertised at a router in the U.K.

Fine, however through some misconfiguration
"magic" it was also being advertised at a
router in the U.S.

The 2nd party (who is responsible for both
the U.K. and U.S. sites over the frame-relay)
corrected the problem by putting a block.
They'll eventually pull it from the wrong
router.

So not only is my HP printing now, but the
sites on this gateway can now get to it.
(They've been off for 3 days.)
