Ken,
Our upgrade to the A400 from the 937 was no charge.  The people
at ICS are really great to work with and just go out of their way
to help.  (plug plug).  The upgrade for Powerhouse was a box
upgrade but far less than anything they had quoted us before.
That was the reason we went with it and gave up our idea of 3rd
party support (keeping the 937).
