i'm going to bring this issue up at hpworld with csy. it's clear that
<something> needs to be done to introduce some spooler controls. it would be
help if -- before hpworld -- i could get some *specific* problem descriptions
and/or proposed solutions to present during the sysman meeting (y'all are
coming, right? we're having lunch brought in :-).
please send me private emails and i'll summarize back to the list. -
