Okay, thanks to someone on this list (I can't remember whom, just now), I
have a handy-dandy PDF file that shows all the RS232 configs.  Now, I need
the same for the rest of the printer configs, in particular the secondary
print font.  My problem is that we replaced a 2563C printer that we used to
shift to the secondary font (which was condensed print - 16.6 cpi), but the
new one doesn't do that (that is, the secondary font is the same as the
primary - 10 cpi).  So, I'm hoping that a simple config change will fix it.
