I very well may have missed something, but after following the
reasonable "build an account and un-tar stuff into it" installation
directions, I don't get how the isolated POSIXC60 account will help in
my future porting attempts.

Don't I need to set some symbolic links to the "bin", "lib", "include",
etc., dirs within POSIXC60 -- or at least set it up in my path?  (I
missed somethin' basic somewhere, didn't I...)
