RESLVCNF.NET.SYS tells your system where to go to resolve names to
addresses. You should have at least one DNS server on your network.
Create a nameserver entry for each DNS server you want to query - usually
2, primary and secondary. This file should not be necessary if you are
trying to ftp to an IP address. To connect to an external host, you must
have access through the firewall. You will have to talk to your firewall
admin about that.
