I work in a geographically dispursed IT shop with many, many hands in
various "pots"  We are currently looking into setting up a change
control/change management utility that would encompass changes to files,
databases, jcl, etc on our 3000 as well as outside servers that
communicate with the 3000.  Is there anyone out there who has such an
animal or could recommend vendors who sell change management utilites?
