Hi, Alfred --

'T'wouldn't matter.  The digital format camera would be built for either
NTSC(digital) or PAL(digital).  Regardless of the manner that the ones and
zeros are laid down on tape, the input and output will always be in the
designed standard for the country where the camera was purchased.  You would
still need standards conversion either on the input or the output to change
to the other standard.
(It would be nice if it worked, though!  Sorry!)
