Last millennium, while working on a Y2K contract, I had occasion to
discover:

    http://www.webgrrl.com

A useful place for women who work in the sphere of Internet technology to
gather. I remember thinking at the time that it was both clever and sad that
'grrl' would have to be misspelled to throw off the crawlers and spiders and
spammers and such. Curious, I tried combining grrl with some usual suspects
of 'naughty' words to see if the 'naughty' sites had discovered the ruse and
salted their meta-tags with the misdirect. The ruse seems to have worked
then and it seems to be working still.

Good work grrls!

:)
