This is a guessing game to identify the HP part.

While searching though a pile of old HP3000 "stuff"
I found this old plate with a connector on it.  It
was in an anti-static bag.  The connector is jumpered
between the two leftmost pins on the connector on the
first picture.

The five screws are fitted for both flat head and #10
Torx.  It looks like a backplate of some kind.

Can anyone guess what it is?

What should be the prize for the first correct guess?
