No luck with either MGR.TELESUP or HPRC.TELESUP. I tried a bunch of
common passwords with MGR.TELESUP, and HPRC.TELESUP doesn't even
exist.

You may want to log on as MGR.TELESUP or HPRC.TELESUP, then you can do a LISTUSER to find out passwords. Hope this helps.
