Hi Tracy,

I think your experience was completely uncalled for.  I think you should call
back and ask to speak to a manager.  The HPRC should be perfectly willing to
send you bundles of recommended patches without having to force you to pick and
choose.

DSO is an Apache thing where add-on functionality modules can be loaded at
startup time by the web server.  It allows you to extend the functionality of
your server without having to recompile the entire source code tree.

MPELXH8 and MPELXH3 are performance related patches.
