How do I fix a MSG file with the following error  --  without purging the file?
The file is currently accessed by NETBASE and records are being read. I cannot
stop NETBASE until tonight.

CURRENT RECORD WAS LAST RECORD WRITTEN BEFORE SYSTEM CRASHED (FSERR 151)

Yes, the system did crash.
