Hi all,

It's been awhile since I've coded using VIEW, and I'm trying to parse out a
NUM3 field (can contain up to 3 dec places) that can also contain a negative
sign.  I've gotten rid of the commas in the screen using STRIP...

While I remember this was always a pain, I seem to be making it really hard
now.  :-)

Any suggestions on a quick way to get to S9(06)V999 from a VIEW field of
size 12 NUM. that can contain -999,999.123 ?
