Firstly, thanks to all in the group for the help a mere lurker such as me
gets here without typing a single word.  It's like a streaming reference
service.  I could make a living on the winnings from bar bets just from what
Wirt posts...

Secondly, does anyone have any experience, good or bad, in dealing with
Proact Enterprises in Dallas, Texas?  We are having a bit of a problem with
a product, and some surprisingly unprofessional telephone behavior.

Is this the norm from your experience, or is this an anomalous fluke we can
expect to work through?
