When I've been in a hurry I've been known to do:
:DTCCNTRL FUNC=SHUTDOWN FORCED=Y
Which kills all associated spooler processes as it brings down DTS. I've
only done this in emergencies, when I'm taking the system down immediately,
or when a hung spooler process just won't die. YMMV.
