I believe the A5814A is a Vicom product. Check out www.vicom.com. I have
found the following document there. This may answer your questions:

It looks like a two port SCSI device and you will need a terminator on the
unused connector.

Subject: A5814A
Hi friends, it's call for help time for me again....
After a careful search, including hp.com, docs.ho.com, raven.utc.edu and a
few others, I am still missing one item to configure and install an A5814A
FC/SCSI router. Is this equipment a single-port SCSIor twin-port ? My
reasoning goes as follows :
1) If SCSI single-port, I need an inline-terminated cable, to properly
terminate my SCSI bus
2) If twin-port, then a regular SCSI cable will do, but I have to make sure
I put a SCSI terminator on the second port.
What do you think ?
As always, thanks for your help.
