If I understand your question correctly, all you need to do is
replace your ECHO statements with TELLOP statements.

I am attempting to create a job that utilizes the file below. There are
several XEQ in it and I would like those to be displayed on the System
Console while the job is executing or after the job has completed. How can I
make this happen? Presently, I have operations type the file name in and the
commands function properly on the System Console.
