I called HP and asked them to send me a copy of the JDBC software (a
middleware product).  They sent me to the contracts person who couldn't find
it on their lists.   They wanted a product number.  I don't see a product
number on some of the product descriptions See:

Shouldn't work this way.

Yeah, I know, I downloaded it from a web site.   But think of how I explain
this to the auditors . . .
