Based on my quick reading of ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/rfc2030.txt, SNTP is a
subset of NTP, and NTP3 is currently available for the e3000 from
http://www.bixby.org/mark/xntpix.html.
I have ported and tested a near-latest version of NTP4, but I'm waiting for the
official NTP developers to accept my MPE patches before I do a distribution of
my own.
