There are 3 ways to set up the list

Public - wide open
Restricted - members must be approved by a 'moderator'
Invitation only - members must be invited

I chose restricted not because I want to keep anyone out but because it
gives me the opportunity to reduce SPAM by keeping out people with something
to sell.  That is the only reason.

And I will make anyone who wants to help a moderator.  Go back and reading
the posting moron.
