When I was the MPE sysadmin at cccd.edu and in charge of the support contracts,
we always ordered manuals in both paper and CD-ROM format.

But now that I telecommute from home full-time, I rely solely on
http://docs.hp.com, and the world hasn't come to an end since I gave up paper.
