When I make a minor change to the Network in NMMGR I get a
Validate warning. However the if I run Validate again
right away the warning does not appear again. The warning
tells me I have no Store and Forward buffers. From what
I've read, there is no need to care about Store and Forward
buffers, so why the warning? Should I care?
