Another newsgroup announced a free online style guide for developing web
sites that serve multiple devices.  While it talks about mobile devices
directly, it also has a lot of good web site guidelines for handling
accessibility issues and multiple browser support.  It is quite
comprehensive and some members of 3000-L might find it useful.
