Hello,

I have 2 issues to gain clarification from all experts here.

1. Is there an MPE or MPEX command which I can use to list all the
configured printers on a HP3K machine? I know I can use the SHOWDEV
<device> to check one by one. But what if I dunno what the name is and
I want a list of all printers configured - how do I get this list? I
remember that in Unix you can do it using lpstat or something or going
to /dev to check the device names - how about MPE on HP3K.

2. I tried using the PING.NET.SYS to ping an IP address, but I don't
get any results - I mean the pring command simply returns to next CI
prompt without any results. How do I use ping from the MPE? Is there
another syntax or another ping program I gotta use?

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Cheers!
John
