Anyone have an F-series (F100/F135) printer and get an incredible increase in support costs for the coming year? The jump I've been quoted is in click charges and by my numbers our support goes from $20,000 for last year to $66,000 next year.
I have some calls in to get an explanation and I have my own suspicions, but has anyone gotten any explanation from HP before I start playing SigPrint chairman instead of regular user?
