http://jazz.external.hp.com/src/apache/ covers the permutations of the official
HP Apache versions.

Various not-supported-by-HP flavors of Apache are available from bixby.org
(1.3.9+php, 1.3.12, 1.3.13-dev).

And of course you can always download the latest source from www.apache.org and
build it yourself.  If you need a machine & tools for doing this, the CSY
Public Access Development System is available at
