Arrrrr, sor it's treasure ye's discovered! :-)

Please share whatever you can. Sharks are always a good topic. The
'women in diving' caught my eye in hopes of trolling my two ladies more
into the list. I print and show them list topics of interest, but
otherwise they busy themselves elsewhere.

How to make equipment should be good for some fun. I vaguely remember
several early teenage attempts to self manufacturer a waterproof this or
that and discovering just how hard that can be. Sealing up wire
penetrations were my downfall. I also recall obtaining a a broken
surplus compressor, determined to rebuild it so that I could fill my own
tanks. Fortunately there was enough wrong with it that it could not be
made operational or I surely wouldn't be here today to tell about it.
At that time, the spirit was willing and motivated, but the brain was
weak...perhaps not much has changed! :-/ The biggest lesson I learned
from this high school age project was that lubricating the threads of
aluminum scrubber canisters with silicone grease is NOT a good idea.
:-)

I hope you have a good show and eagerly await to see the treasure that
you've found.

Best regards,
Russ
