These are the OLDIES (above water or down to 30 fsw) I found in the ACR
web pages, when Lee was talking about units costing about $1,000 and
much more powerful units, speaking as if they were the ones used by
the Aggressor in the news clip you posted.
Since then, we know NEITHER of these is the one used by the Aggressor
Fleet.

Don't know if this is the same unit used by the Aggressor crew (on the
boat) to track the NEW EPIRB mini B 300 units in water.
In any event, all of these seem to be more appropriate for tracking
BOATS (or Fisherman) above water than tracking scuba divers UNDERWATER.
