I don't know about the rest of the country, but in TN when Medicaid was
farmed out to private industry management, the traditional blue blooded
BCBS went to Amisys.  It looks similar across the country.
It is a "sector" of their business.

Does HBOC still run on 3000s? (Hospital systems)
