Using callci from a shell script will result in a process creation as the
CALLCI.HPBIN.SYS NMPRG is run, but AFAIK callci probably is just using the
HPCICOMMAND intrinsic which will not create an additional CI process (unless
you're doing "callci run ci.pub.sys").
