Ldev 90 to 99 has not been configured using NMMGR, yet it shows up with SHOWDEV as avail . This prevents me from using telnet on these ports, why??

When I connect to the HP3000 using telnet, I connect to say port 81, 82 ... but not 90 to 99 which seem to have been preconfigured.  Yet those ports are not listed in NMMGR... DTC 48.

Any idea.
