Thanks to Paul Taffel for the PRINTO script that displays
the $STDLIST output for a job every 2 seconds.

Thanks to Paul Christidis for the recent script that
allows a system manager to limit the number of logons
by [jobname,]user.acct and optionally IP address.

And I contributed a script (WHERE) that lists where a
command lives.  All instances of "cmd" as a UDC, script
or program file, in CI look-up order, are shown.  "cmd" can
be wildcarded. For example:

   :where @grep

GREP       ACCOUNT UDC in UIUDCS.PXWORK.VANCE
FGREP      SYSTEM  UDC in UNIXUDC3.UNIX.SYS
GREP.PUB.SYS
GREP.SCRIPTS.SYS
EGREP.HPBIN.SYS
FGREP.HPBIN.SYS
GREP.HPBIN.SYS
